Breakfast on a Family Holiday

We sit together on the villa's terrace The day before us is bursting with promise Bright sunlight, and birdsong, and just a light breeze. We eat baguettes and croissants with jam and cheese. Breathe in the fresh morning air and ask, smiling "What shall we do today?" May 1995
