By following this daily exercise routine, followers of the way of the
paw may nudge themselves slightly closer to enlightenment. Non-cats may
have some difficulty with this routine and should contact their
Paw Mentor before embarking on this or any other similar course of
Oneness exercises.

1. Find a soft surface to exercise on.
The acolyte should be alert, yet relaxed. This picture
indicates the starting posture. |
2. From the starting posture, swing
the legs and tail round to get to position 2. Stay in this
position until you feel comfortable. |
 |
 |
3. Now stretch the back by touching
the tongue to the knee. Repeat down the leg until
the paw is reached. |
4. Step 3 should now be repeated
for the front legs. |
 |
 |
5. A more ambitious stretch. The
acolyte should aim to touch the tongue as close
to the base of the tail as is possible. |
6. With a leg held high in the air,
the acolyte should now make contact with the belly
along its full length. Not everyone can do this. |
 |
 |
7. After exercising, the acolyte
should be fully relaxed. |
